Medibank Private
This exciting project has involved working closely with several departments within Medibank Private to ensure the client’s aims for their national rollout were achieved.
We worked with other stakeholders to develop a shared process methodology, which allowed for complete co-operation, full transparency and accountability through the duration of the project. Setting this strong foundation ‘up front’ meant that once the initial concept development was complete, the rollout could be completed efficiently at ‘production line’ speed. Graphcad has so far been involved with 4 cycles of the entire retail network, from initial concept to store openings.
Specsavers
Graphcad have been appointed to provide design & documentation services to over 100 stores in the form of both full store refurbishments and “Lite” refreshes across Australia and New Zealand.
The project involves our design coordination with Specsavers, design management with structural engineers & lighting consultants and finally the centre / council approvals.
Effectively we have provided an external resource team to work in with Specsavers’ internal design team to produce a great result within tight time frames.
RACV
RACV has 20+ retail stores across Victoria, providing a “one stop shop” to its members ranging from insurance, motoring services, home security and tourism & travel.
Graphcad were appointed to assist the internal RACV team to look at their current rollout strategy, streamline the retail stores standards and provide full design & documentation services to the retail network.
The team were also involved in the tendering process and completed store openings and defects inspections to provide an A to Z solution for RACV.
Ghanda
Through consultation with Ghanda’s designers and construction team, Graphcad has analysed and streamlined the documentation process for the retail team, and have successfully documented, from concept to construction, 15 stores and counting. Graphcad and Ghanda continue to work collaboratively to produce high quality documentation and store fitouts nationwide.
MYER
Graphcad’s relationship stretches back to the transitioning of Grace Bros. stores under the Myer brand. From here, Graphcad has been involved in the creation of merchandising & construction packages for Sydney City, Parramatta and Macquarie stores; layerage & adjacency planning for Highpoint; the national rollout of baby change facilities; and the development of the retail bible for Myer stores, the Model Store package.
Hungry Jack's
Graphcad has worked with Hungry Jacks to refit and refresh existing stores throughout Western Australia.
From existing confitions through to revised layouts and refreshed facades, Graphcad provided a seamless process for their client, allowing for quick turnarounds with all key stakeholders involved throughout the entire project. Any issues are raised and resolved in a timely manner, which leads to shorter timeframes on projects.
